Sea salt-topped fudgy brownie bites with a simple two-ingredient caramel filling. Salted Caramel Brownie Bites are the perfect mini dessert!
INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS: 24 BROWNIE BITESFOR THE BROWNIE BITES:– 1/2 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter , melted and slightly cooled– 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar– 2 large eggs at room temperature– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract– 1/2 cup (65 grams) all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)– 1/2 cup (45 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder– 1/4 teaspoon saltFOR THE CARAMEL FILLING:– 20 soft caramel candies , unwrapped– 3 tablespoons (45 ml) heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Coat a 24-count mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix melted butter and sugar in a large bowl.

Evenly fill 24 mini muffin cups with brownie batter. Brownies should be baked at 350°F for 12–15 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.

Press the bottom of a measuring teaspoon into each brownie's center after baking. Cool the pan 45 minutes on a wire rack.Remove brownie bites from pan to wire rack.

Place soft caramels and heavy cream in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20–30 seconds, stirring well after each increment, until melted and smooth.

Divide the caramel evenly between 24 brownie bites (1 teaspoon per bite). After cooling for 15–20 minutes to firm up the caramel, top with sea salt.
